Reservations
To ensure availability of your requested service and preferred
time, we
highly recommend that you call to schedule your appointment
as far in advance as possible. A credit card will be required
to reserve your appointment. Note: prices are subject to change.

Cancellations
If you must cancel or change your spa appointment, you must
do so at least 4 hours prior to your first treatment to avoid
being charged for 50% of your treatment's full value. Failure
to cancel a scheduled appointment will result in being charged
the full value of your scheduled treatment. |
Safety
and Well-Being
When scheduling your appointment, please notify staff attendant
of any medical condition that may be contradicted during your
service. For your safety and well-being, we highly discourage
the following: alcohol consumption prior to a spa treatment,
immediate sun exposure after skin care therapy, and shaving
following any exfoliation treatment. |
Arrival
Time
Recommended arrival time is at least 30 minutes prior to your
spa appointment to relax and prepare for your treatment. Late
arrivals will have their treatment end based on the original
scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest. |
Gratuities
As gratuities are not covered by your service charge, tipping
our trained professionals for exceptional service is greatly
appreciated. |

To preserve the serene environment of our spa, we respectfully
request spa patrons to turn off pagers and cell phones while
in the spa area. In addition, this is a smoke and alcohol-free
